Entry Guidelines: The Essence of equestrianism
1. Theme:
1.1 Entries must capture the essence of horses through photography, artwork, or short video clips.
1.2 Submissions should showcase the beauty, spirit, and relationship between horses and humans.
2. Submission Categories:
2.1 Photography: High-resolution images capturing horses in their natural habitat, during activities, or in artistic compositions.
2.2 Artwork: Original paintings, drawings, or digital art depicting horses in various forms, styles, or interpretations.
2.3 Short Video Clips: Videos highlighting the movement, behaviour, or bond between horses and their owners or trainers, with a maximum duration of 10 seconds
3. Entry Requirements:
3.1 Entries must be original works created by the participant.
3.2 Each participant may submit one entry.
3.3 Entries must adhere to all legal and ethical standards, including copyright laws.
3.4 Submissions should not contain any offensive, explicit, or inappropriate content.
4. Format and Specifications:
4.1 Photography: Images must be submitted in JPEG or PNG format.
4.2 Artwork: Digital artwork must be submitted in JPEG or PNG format, while physical artwork may be submitted as high-quality photographs.
4.3 Short Video Clips: Videos must be submitted in MP4 or MOV format and adhere to the specified duration limit.
5. Submission Process:
5.1 Participants must pay the designated entry fee to submit their entries. Payment details are provided on the Enter now page
5.2 Entries must be submitted through the official competition website
5.3 must be accompanied by a title, brief description, and the participant's contact information, full name and address (Please note delivery of prize is not limited to address registered at time of entry and supplied location may be altered according to winning entries request)
6. Judging Criteria:
6.1 Entries will be judged based on creativity, composition, technical quality, emotional impact, and relevance to the theme.
6.2 Judges will evaluate each submission independently and score them accordingly.
7. Prizes:
7.1 Prize details will be announced prior to the competition and may include cash rewards, merchandise, or recognition.
7.2 Winners will be notified via email or other contact information provided during submission.
7.3 To claim the prize winning entry must be able to receive delivery via rigid 8 wheeled HGV, failure to adhere to this requirement will result in disqualification and a new prize winner being selected.
8. Publication and Rights:
8.1 By submitting an entry, participants grant the organizing company the right to display, reproduce, and distribute their work for promotional purposes.
8.2 Participants retain ownership of their entries and may request their removal from promotional materials upon written request.
9. Deadline:
9.1 submissions submitted after the deadline will not be entered
